I am a collaborative consultant who will partner with your team to understand and assess the current company culture, values, and processes to meet the individual organization's unique needs.
As a Certified DEIB & Culture Facilitator, I facilitate discussions focused on exploring, understanding, and resolving workplace culture challenges. I can elicit authentic dialogue with leaders and employees and dig deeper than what may be on the surface to uncover root causes and develop solutions to make organizations more diverse, equitable, and inclusive.
I don’t copy and paste what APPEARS to be working well at other organizations because no two companies are the same. I’ve been a DEI professional both in-house at a major tech company and as a DEI advisor/consultant for more than 50 companies in various industries, including retail, biotech, construction, and more.
While my style is direct and no-nonsense, I am a relationship builder with an innate ability to bring everyone along the journey, from executives to individual contributors.
